The Academy’s team of expert instructors is the finest and most respected in the nation.
Most of our staff come from a competitive golf background prior to playing professional golf and can give experienced insight to students for on-course instruction, course management, course strategies, shot selection and mental side. As a staff, we have over 75 years combined teaching experience. Each instructor has years of experience, a keen eye for diagnosing golf swings and excellent teaching communication skills. They will work individually with you during your three days of training at the Academy.
Kyle Jerome and Randy Dalton
Kyle Jerome and Randy Dalton are the owners of the Academy of Golf Dynamics and partnered in 1992. With over 50 years combined teaching experience, Kyle and Randy have been named to GOLF Magazine’s list of Top Teachers in the Region from 2004 to present and have been nominated for GOLF Magazine’s Top 100 Teachers in the United States list. They are the nucleus of the Academy of Golf Dynamics, which has been ranked by GOLF Magazine as one of the Top 25 golf schools in the United States since the list started in 1999. Both have been recognized by GOLF Magazine and Golf Digest.

We are very fortunate to have Kyle on staff. Kyle has done extensive training and research to elevate him to one of the top teachers. His competitive collegiate and PGA section playing background are invaluable when helping students on the course.

Dedicated, enthusiastic and with more golf swing knowledge than instructor’s twice his age, Nick has a keen eye for on course strategies. On course mental side and strategic focus go a long way towards improving each student’s overall golf game and Nick does this better than anyone!
