AUSTIN PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. $100 nonrefundable deposit is required at sign-up to hold you reservation for your school date. This amount will be applied to your total school price.
2. The $100 deposit can be applied towards another date as long as we have 14 or more days notice.
3. Full payment is due 14 days prior to your school date.
4. Once full payment is received 14 days prior, there are no refunds.
5. If you must cancel within 14 days, your tuition will not be refunded, but you can use those moneys toward another Austin school.
6. If you cancel within 14 days and we fill your vacancy with another student, we will refund your tuition minus your $100 deposit.
7. If payment of the balance is not made 14 days prior to your school date, you risk losing your reservation in that school.

• Groups of 3 or more will be required to pay in full when reserving a school. There will be no refunds for these groups unless we have a 30 day notice. If these groups cancel within 30 days, there will be no refund unless we fill the vacancies, at which point we will refund the school tuition minus the $100 deposits.

COLORADO SPRINGS PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Colorado school payments are due in full at time of sign up.
2. Groups of four or more who cancel within two months of their school date will receive no refunds. You will get credit towards an Austin golf school priced from $795 - $995 to be used the same year, but you will lose your Colorado lodging expense.
3. Individuals who cancel within three weeks of their school date will receive no refunds. You will get credit towards an Austin golf school priced from $795 - $995 to be used the same year, but you will lose your Colorado lodging expense.
4. Once full payment is received 14 days prior, there are no refunds.
5. In both cases above, if you cancel your Colorado golf school and we are able to fill your vacancy before the school begins, all your tuition(s) will be refunded.
